Theological College of Zimbabwe (TCZ) Chapel

This is where the TCZ community fellowship and worship. It’s located inside the College auditorium. Chapel serves as an educational and worship center for religious programs at the College. As such, it serves the students, faculty, and staff by offering ecumenical worship services and providing opportunities for preaching and learning. All worship services, including weddings and other special occasions, are held at the discretion of the college authority of the chapel. Upon approval of the by the college authority of the chapel, individuals directly related to the TCZ community may use the chapel for wedding ceremonies provided they adhere to the stipulated policies. TCZ chapel is also used for special college events such graduations, seminars and conferences. With reference to funeral or memorial services, only members of the TCZ community in bereavement can conduct private ceremonies in the chapel. The scheduling of such events is the responsibility of the college in consultation with the deceased person’s immediate family.No furniture in the chapel sanctuary is to be moved except upon written permission by the college authority of the Chapel. In such cases the furniture will be moved by the maintenance staff of the College according to specific instructions supplied by the user. Chairs and tables used during an activity or event by the users, should be arranged back to their original arrangement.

Food

Food is generally not allowed into the chapel grounds.
